Dennis Sheehan is a former partner with Haynes and Boone, LLP where he maintained an extensive litigation practice as a member of the Specialized Litigation Section.  In January 2001 Sheehan took up residence on Anguilla, West Indies, where he was admitted to both the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of England & Wales. As a licensed Solicitor and a Professional Consultant Sheehan became a member of Caribbean Juris Chambers. In the Caribbean Sheehan continues to represent the interest of various international developers and commercial enterprises.

Over the past several years Sheehan has acted as court appointed Guardian Ad Litem  in numerous Mass Tort Settlements involving Advair, Depakote, General Motors, Paxil, Prozac, Risperdal, Topamax, and Wellbutrin .  With approximately 85% of his practice now being concentrated on serving as a court appointed Guardian Ad Litem, Sheehan has been honored to serve thousands of claimants. Even years after settlements have been finalized Sheehan continues to assist claimants he was appointed as Guardian Ad Litem as questions or needs may arise.
